Associate Network Engineer | Junior Role | Cleared (NV1/Baseline)

FinXL is looking for ambitious, early-career Network Engineers to join our award-winning Associate Program. This role is deployed directly to one of Australia’s largest Telecommunications enterprises, offering a clear bridge from "junior" to "expert" through high-level project exposure.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience. We love candidates who have a "Helpdesk to Hardware" mindset or have recently transitioned from the ADF/Army.

• Technical Base: CCNA level knowledge with a strong interest in Wireless technologies.

• Security Credentials: You must hold an active NV1 or Baseline security clearance (AGSVA).

• Location: Based in or willing to work in Canberra (ACT).

The Associate Journey

• Month 1: Integration into the client team with localized support and initial IDP (Individual Development Plan) discussion.

• Quarterly: Formal Triad IDP reviews with your manager to track workload, feedback, and training milestones.

• Community: Quarterly team-building and social events with your fellow FinXL Associates.
